100% Leak-proofness
It is achieved due to the application of the patented sealing system of lids and cartridges resulting in the absence of leaks during filling, shipment and use.
Heat-proof
Dimensions and leak-proof properties remain unchanged during lubricant filling up to 65 ºC, shipment and use in the conditions up to -30 ºC.
Flexibility
Suitable for manual filling, as well as high-speed automated filling and sealing lines.

Labeling

The basic principle of in-mold labeling is to cover the product with a layer of label or design.

The process of labeling in the form begins with the selection of a unique material for labeling. As a label, we use polypropylene films from domestic manufacturers, as well as leading global brands from friendly countries.

Our patented lubricant cartridge is 100% hermetic, highly rigid, easy to use (PULL-OFF system), and the cartridge design ensures complete extraction of lubricant from the tube.

Die casting

This is a technological process for processing plastics, non-ferrous metals and other materials by injecting their melt under pressure into a press mold and then cooling it.

The principle of in-mold labeling

This method of decorating plastic features quick design changes and uses multi-color printing to produce higher quality products that will not wear out with use.
The entire cartridge production cycle is based on Russian constituents and capacities.

Production details

SOME NUMBERS

Finished goods are packed in corrugated boxes with our plant’s logo.
The number of the goods per box is 220 pcs.
The Europallet contains 12 corrugated boxes.
Each pallet is supplied with a lid in the amount of 4 corrugated boxes containing 660 pcs ach for the customer convenience.
Overall, a transportation unit carries 87120 pcs of complete goods.
